Condo Rental Rental (click to see the pictures) Address: 663 William Hilton Parkway, Condo # 1306 The condo is located mid island, a short distance from Shelter Cove. We would love to rent out by the month in January, February or March for a greatly reduced price. We are renting without going through Airbnb and renting direct so you will not be charged the additional charges. Prices by month January, February and March $2,500 a month. November and December only available for the first three weeks for 2,000 a month. The month of April we will rent for 2,750. Would consider renting out other months for $3.000 a month. We have a three day minimum for the rental. January, February and December the price is $200.00 a night. March, April and November the price is $225. The rest of the year the rate is 250 a night A state and local rental tax of 11% and a cleaning fee of 135.00 will be charged on all rentals. Condo information From the private terrace the condo has an ocean view, sunrise view and at times the moon shining down on the water. The condo has private beach access. You can enjoy the sounds of the ocean and enjoy seeing all the birds and other wildlife and yes, you can occasionally see an alligator in the lagoons surrounding the resort. The condo has been updated with wood floors and granite in kitchen and baths. The condo is limited to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed. 2 half size beds and a sofa bed. The condo has two baths, one with a tub and shower and the other with a walk in shower. The 3 TV's are all smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Chairs, umbrella and a wagon is available under the building in a storage shed. Resort information All of the condos in this gated resort are individual owned. The resort limits parking to two cars for the two bedroom condos. The resort has 4 buildings and this condo is in building 1, which is closest to the ocean. The resort has 24 hour security. A short private board walk takes you to the beach with a beach mat leading across the sand and in season a shuttle takes you across the board walk for those needing extra help. There is bike rental available on the premises. The land between the condo and the ocean is protected land and during high tide the ocean covers this protected land. Each building has an elevator and laundry room. Amenities Amenities include 2 outdoor pools, with 1 heated, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, children's pool, game room, indoor walking and jogging track, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, a picnic area with tables and grills. A grill with a full menu, bar and music during the season located beside the outdoor swimming pool and another grill at the end of the private board walk on the beach. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. You will be responsible for any fines you receive for not following the rules.
